About the Role

As our Logging Geologist, you will be at the heart of our exploration workflow—collecting, interpreting, and communicating the geological information that drives our drilling strategy.

You will spend your days:

🔸 Logging drill core and cuttings with precision and consistency

🔸 Completing geological mapping and sampling programs

🔸 Preparing cross-sections and interpreting drill-hole data

🔸 Analysing geochemical and geophysical datasets

🔸 Supporting geological modelling and target generation

🔸 Working closely with experienced geologists who will support your growth

This role is based between our Kilmore core shed and the Sunday Creek exploration site, with typical hours of 8am – 4pm and flexibility where possible.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who brings technical capability—but also the right mindset.

You’ll thrive here if you’re:

✔ Degree-qualified in Geology (BSc minimum)

✔ Experienced (2+ years) in core logging or similar geology roles

✔ Motivated by discovery and hands-on exploration

✔ Honest, reliable, and excited to contribute to a strong team culture

✔ Living within ~1 hour of site to support safe daily travel and work life balance

📍 Location: Kilmore & Sunday Creek, VIC

🗓 Roster: Monday – Friday (5:2), typically 8am – 4pm with flexibility as needed

📝 Contract: 2-year fixed term, full-time

👤 Reports to: Senior Exploration Geologist / Exploration Manager

📅 Start date: January 2026

We explore for gold and antimony in the Victorian Goldfields. Our 100% owned flagship project at Sunday Creek is the best new grassroots discovery in Australia with a globally leading high-grade hit rate for this stage of the project’s development.

As at 18 November, 2025, we have delivered 72 intersections exceeding 100 g/t AuEq x m ((“AuEq g/t x width in m”)) from just 103.6 km of drilling at Sunday Creek including results such as 1.0 m @ 2,318 g/t Au drilled within 455.3 m @ 7.2 g/t Au and 13.1 m @ 91.7 g/t Au within 331.5 m @ 6.8 g/t Au.
