About the Role

As Project Manager (Operations), you will lead the delivery of surface works and other development projects across our Victorian site at Kilmore and Sunday Creek—playing a central role in construction readiness, infrastructure development and safe execution.

Your focus will be on turning designs, permits and plans into clear, sequenced, executable work—ensuring our civil, electrical and structural scopes progress safely, on schedule and to quality standards.

What You’ll Drive

🔸 Day-to-day delivery of surface works across civil, electrical and structural scopes

🔸 Translating designs and permits into structured schedules, milestones and execution plans

🔸 Overseeing contractor performance—quality, safety, progress and cost discipline

🔸 Site coordination, progress tracking and variation review

🔸 Early identification of risks and constraints, with proactive mitigation

🔸 Strong coordination between internal stakeholders and contractor partners

Who You Are

You’re someone who brings structure, clarity and momentum—comfortable operating at site level while keeping a firm handle on scheduling, risk and execution.

Your Background

✔ Degree or trade qualification in construction, engineering or project management

✔ Proven experience delivering civil or mining infrastructure projects

✔ Strong commercial judgement and disciplined scheduling capability

✔ Confident operating in a dynamic SME environment

✔ A clear, collaborative communicator—decisive, pragmatic and solutions-focused

🗓 Roster: Monday – Friday (5:2), typically 8am – 4pm with flexibility as needed

📝Contract: Permanent, full-time

👤Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
