Huge congrats to Clonbinane locals Lew and Damian for taking on the Melbourne Firefighter Stair Climb!

Lew and Damian were joined by fellow CFA members Henry andJohn who climbed an incredible 28 floors of the Crown Metropol wearing 25kg of kit and raised $4,689.

The annual event has raised $1,127,439 this year and funds cancer research and crisis support organisations including The Alfred, Lifeline, Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation and 000Foundation. SXGC supported the team, some of whom have been affected by a cancer diagnosis in the family, through a donation.

Well done everyone! We hope the legs have recovered by now.
