Daily morning stretches helps promote physical and mental health

Fancy a bit of a morning stretch? Don't mind if we do! Each morning our team comes together to be briefed on what the day will involve and what safety measures need to be put into place - and we extend that safety to our bodies!

There's no lycra involved but starting the day off with a stretch offers benefits for both physical and mental health. When muscles are tight, they are more prone to strains and tears. Regular stretching helps to keep muscles flexible and less susceptible to injury, especially during physical activities.
